It takes a community to keep the Saratoga High School Marching Band and Color Guard running smoothly. Whether you can lend a hand on event days, drive equipment, or donate food, there is a place for you!

Volunteer Opportunities

• Chaperone Team
  • Role: Supervise and support students during football games, tournaments, and field trips.

• Uniform Team
  • Role: Assist with fitting, distribution, and maintenance (inspecting, laundering, and minor repairs) of full uniforms.
  • Commitment: Band Camp fitting sessions, plus pre-event and post-event support for football games and tournaments.

• Truck Crew & Logistics
  • Role: Drive or navigate trucks transporting instruments, uniforms, and equipment to tournaments.
  • Commitment: Tournament days plus pre-event and post-event truck pickup / drop off.

• Food & Refreshment Team
  • Role: Manage meals to keep students energized
  • Commitment: 3–4 hour shifts for setup, serving, and cleanup on band camp and tournament days.
  • Donations: Can't volunteer in person? Donate salads or desserts via SignUpGenius before tournament days.

General Requirements & Next Steps
All on-site volunteers must complete LGSUHSD district clearance for the 2026–2027 school year prior to participating.
